APPOINTMENT & REFUND POLICY

We can not guarantee a time slot that a customer chooses for non-posted classes. We will try to make the time slot you request available. Up to an 8%  cancellation fee will apply if fully canceled by customer, to cover non-refundable credit card fees. Must contact us 48 hours before the start of class to be eligible for a refund. If you are sick on the day of class we will move you to the next available class date.  If date does not work the a refund can be issued minus 8% processing fees.  We may request or suggest another time or date that works best for both parties.  If we have to cancel a class for any reason full refunds will be issued upon request.  Online classes are not refundable.

Large Groups $100 Deposit non-refundable.
